DEEP BREATH DEEP BREATH!!!!!
First I would like to share a recipe for my favorite easy cookies and my finally perfected Sweet MJ cocktail.
Cake Mix Cookies- 1 box of Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Andes creme de menthe baking chips
Mix all the ingredients together. Roll a spoonful into a ball and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cookies are good warm or cooled.
Sweet MJ- 1 oz Whipped Vodka
- 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
or if you prefer a nonalcoholic version
- 3 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz 7-up
Shake or stir over ice. Stain and enjoy.
Please eat and drink responsibly.

ReplyDeleteI think technically they call it whip cream vodka but we call it whipped cause we are lazy here.
DeleteThe cookies are so easy. You can really do it with any cake mix...another favorite is lemon cake cookies and cream cheese frosting.
Umm I am want that cocktail and a beach with a sunset immediately!

I have a friend that used to fix me the Malibu Coconut Rum with O.J. I have never tried the vodka and the pineapple in it, but now I will have to (thanks to you!) :) It sounds YUMMY!
