Note to Self

Note to Self: You are not a bear, walrus, sea lion or any other type of mammal that must put on a layer of fat before winter gets here. Put down the donuts. You like apples go eat one.

Note to Self: Your legs are not broken....get off your butt, turn off the TV and get moving. Or put in one of the 50 exercise DVDS you own. Or take Tashi for a walk you you both love it.

Note to Self: Contrary to what you may believe going outside will not kill you. In fact it will do you some good.

Note to Self: If you go to bed earlier you can get up earlier and make your self a nice healthy breakfast. In fact if you can even prepare your breakfast on Sunday for the week just like you make your cold coffee in advance or freezer meals.

Note to Self: You are being very selfish and self indulgent with your lack of eating healthy and lack of movement. Stop feeling bad for yourself....you have a great life. Start enjoying it again.

Note to Self: Your favorite jeans are tight not because they shrunk but because you have gained weight ..you do not need to buy more fat clothes, you need to lose weight.

Note to Self: You are 5'1” every 5 lbs you lose adds years to your life. Every 5 lbs you lose will make your health problems decrease.

Now that you remember all these things go do something about it.
